The End of Programming

So many of us have been programmed into believing that we had to get married, have 3.2 kids, have a house with a white picket fence, have a job that will pay the bills and so on.

What we were never taught is that what truly needs to happen is that we follow our heart, do what we feel is right and not settle for less than we know we deserve.

Marriage has been something we’ve all thought must happen at a young enough age so that we can pop out those kids. We therefore look at every person as possible marriage potential. We size them up to see if they check all the boxes.

The house comes with a mortgage that will take the good majority of your money so you’ll need to be on a budget. You may have to take care of your family…feed and put clothes on them.

The job must pay the bills. You don’t have to like it, you just need a job to prove your worth. Don’t forget that you must go to college in order to amount to anything. The only decent jobs come with the higher degrees. And let’s not forget the ridiculous amount of debt you’ll go into because of it. Doesn’t matter what degree you get, as long as you get one.

All of these things have been ingrained in us and untangling ourselves from this ancestral web has been daunting. Society has also solidified these patterns through marketing techniques.

Not once did anyone ever tell us that what matters most in all of this is what’s in our hearts. For there we find our passion and purpose. For there we attract a loving person to us through unique methods. For there we find a career that makes us happy.

Living with programming and following that antiquated belief system keeps us stuck in a cycle where there’s a lack of love. We walk through life as robots. We do things because we think we should. We weren’t told to think for ourselves or to be creative and different.

We’ve lost sight of what we truly want and desire…connections. We want to feel love, passion and purpose. We want to know that our needs are being met because we’re following our heart.

We were taught to be devoid of feelings, to suck it up buttercup because that’s how life is. It’s dark, grim and full of endless responsibilities that you’ll spend the rest of your life trying to play catch up with.

Not. Any. More. That line of programming has ceased. Many have put their foot down to say enough…there has to be something better than this. And there is. The potentials are endless.

When we decide that we’re done playing the robot, we begin to understand that how we feel matters. Those feelings then guide us in brand new directions. It’s our inner radar that says, “Hey, try this over here.” It’s our guides and Angels that drop nuggets of information on our path to help us to keep searching. For what we’re searching for is hope, love, passion and our individual truth. And wherever that leads us is where we go.

We learn that we are taken care of by a force much more powerful than ourselves. We learn that our needs can be met in all new ways. Often by simply asking the Universe for what we need results in some magical manifestation. Something we were never taught that we could do.

We were taught that we didn’t have the power to do things. That the only way to succeed was through a very strictly controlled life. Yet we have found that this is simply not true. We have found new ways to live. Ways that allow us to be true to ourselves. Ways that give us freedom. Ways that bring us joy and happiness.

We now feel sorry that our ancestors didn’t live the lives that we are now wonderfully creating. For we have discovered this light within ourselves that delivers truth. It empowers us in ways we never thought was possible because of programming.

As 2020 comes to a close, that programming no longer has a hold on us for so many have now claimed their freedom to live through their true heart’s desires. Going forward there will be a lot more changes in how things are done. Greed is no longer at the forefront…love is. And that is a major accomplishment one that all should be proud of. 💪🙌🌟💗

  1. Amen to all of this and especially to ❤! I bought into the illusion of marriage, kids and the house and I completely lost myself in the process. My life became robotic and I had a nervous breakdown, well a few of them. It’s been a 10 year journey creating me, Maria and who I am today. This year I honor my great grandmother, grandmother and my Mom by stepping up to achieve my soul’s purpose by living my passions. I honor the women who came before me who couldn’t live by their heart.

My Mom and I were talking about it yesterday, how she wanted to become a physical education teacher but my grandfather wouldn’t allow it saying women belong in the home, not in college. I have become the woman I am by seeing the plight my ancestors carried. Every time we practice selfcare, we honor our ancestors for they didn’t have the ability to.

I love that you wrote about this, synchronicity bells are ringing as I was discussing this very topic with Crystal, another soul sister of ours. She and I have known each other for 20 years now. She lives in R.I. and I was telling her all about you and the work we’ve done together in past lives. Amazing 🎆 We are rising in love, with love and gor love. Beautiful post my dear💖

    1. Thank you very much! 🤗You’ve got that Divine Feminine raising up!! There’s that whole thing of women belonged “barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen”. That was an ancestral pattern in my family tree. I believe we were all robots until that light sliced through the nonsense and showed us that there was so much more. We are all connected and it’s becoming more clear by the day. Perhaps we should all have a reunion in 2021 ☺️
