What to Expect for February 22 – 28, 2021

This week I’m a little late in posting my week ahead as I was waiting for a prompt on what deck to use. As I stepped into the shower it came to me that I needed to use The Self-Care Oracle by Jill Pyle. And I completely understand why. After the month we’ve had, we need to rest and practice self-care especially since March appears that it may be an action packed month.

So here are the cards…

24 – Flow Like Water
19 – Deep Breathing
28 – Intuition

It’s best that we find time to get near a water source be that a lake, ocean, river, reservoir, bath or shower. Water is a natural element and therefore has the ability to cleanse us in healing ways if we set our minds to it.

The other side of this is water has a magical way of increasing or enhancing our psychic abilities. It can draw the truth out of us. I’ve even noticed answers coming to me when I’m near the kitchen sink, also standing in front of the dishwasher.

Water is highly cleansing as it can clear out our energetic fields when we set that intention. When I soak in a tub, I often use bubbles, epsom salt, lavender essential oil and sometimes crystals. My intent is to relax, clear my mind, cleanse my aura and release anything negative from my body. Sometimes I use certain music for meditation to go with it, especially if I find myself feeling particularly edgy or when I think I’m overwhelmed by the energies.

Having said that, it’s also a great time to practice deep breathing. I don’t know about you but when things start to get hectic or overwhelming, I tend to hold my breath. So this is a great reminder to change that.

If we hold our breath we’re more likely to spiral into a rabbit hole. But if we take deep breaths, we are able to move that energy that’s stuck in the middle of our chests and bring it outwards and up to be transmuted into love. This essentially helps to clear our vessel of energetic blockages and then we’re able to receive guidance and messages more clearly. We’re able to tap into our intuition much easier this way.

Intuition is what we use when we seek out answers to our everyday problems. It’s a higher part of ourselves that instinctively guides us on our journey. It pushes us to take action steps towards bettering our futures. It helps us make healthy choices that continues our growth so that we can prosper and be successful.

Our intuition often defies logic. It’s knowing something without knowing how we know. It’s a gut feeling. It’s a vision in our minds eye. It’s a flutter in our stomach. But most importantly it’s something we need to learn to trust and that only comes with continued use.

This week it’s important that we pay attention to what’s coming through because as we practice self-care, we will be in a more relaxed state to receive messages from our intuition.

So take a long soak in a tub, swim in a lake or ocean if it’s warm enough where you live. Take a deep breathing class or find a guided meditation that will help clear out any blockages that are stopping the flow of the divine getting messages to you. Also begin to trust the messages that are flowing through you. Keep a journal if it helps you trust it better so that you can see your progress.

I find it rather interesting that we’re practicing self-care just before we start the month of March. Many of us have felt like it’s been springtime for a while now so enjoy the rest because soon enough, we will be full speed ahead.

Have a great week!! β˜ΊοΈπŸ’—

  1. I love this deck! The cards give off such a peaceful vibe. I too pulled out cards and messages about water and intuition being enhanced through it. I love sitting out on the lake and listening to the gentle lap of the water and the fountain. It’s so relaxing. I feel a lot of peace in your words here and am pleased with the overall message we share collectively on peace at the end of this month. Self care us always a great message and reminder to practice caring for our being. I maintain a strict practice of self care, our sensitivity requires it. Plus, I am not a person anyone would want to be around when I’m feeling overloaded. This post makes me want to sit in a bath πŸ›€πŸ§–β€β™€οΈπŸ€ or have a spa day.

My Mom is actually planning one for us girls after the weekend’s memorial. Love you sis😘
